Terms of Service

These are the terms that apply when you order from Print Worx LLC. They are written to be read, not skimmed — the important parts are that every part is made to order in your color, and that this means orders cannot be returned or refunded once placed.

Ordering and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and are for one part unless a quantity is chosen at checkout. You pay by card on our secure checkout page, and your order is confirmed once the payment is approved. We then email you at the address you used at checkout to confirm the color, size and shipping before your part is printed.

Every part is made to order

Parts are printed to order after payment clears, in the size and color you specify at checkout. If you do not name a color, black is the default. Because the part does not exist until you order it, an order cannot be cancelled once it is placed.

No returns, exchanges or refunds

Due to the nature of this product, each product is made to order and is specific to the color you specify. There are no returns, exchanges or refunds once an order has been placed. If your item was damaged during shipping, please take as many detailed photos as you can and email them to us. If it was a packaging error on our end, we will take care of it. If it was shipping damage from the carrier, you will need to file a claim with the carrier.

Shipping

Shipping is free site wide within the United States. Parts are printed and dispatched from Florida; carrier transit time is on top of production time, and we email you when your part ships. If a shipment arrives damaged, photograph the box and the part and email us right away — a packaging error on our end is on us, while damage caused by the carrier is handled through a claim with that carrier.

Color, finish and fitment

These are hand-finished 3D-printed parts: faint layer lines, small surface marks and slight shade differences between prints can occur and are not defects. Fitment is the buyer’s responsibility — if you are unsure which size or style fits your machine, message us with your make, model and snorkel setup before you order.

Third-party names

Vehicle makes, model names and other brand names appear on this site only to describe what a part fits. Print Worx LLC is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by any of those manufacturers.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a part we sold is limited to the amount you paid for that part. Parts are sold for off-road use and must be installed correctly for the machine you specified.

Print Worx LLC is not responsible for damage, loss or injury that results from how a part is installed or used. We are not liable for any of the following:

  • Damages caused by improper, incorrect or unqualified installation of our products, including installation on a machine, snorkel setup or configuration they were not intended for.

  • Damage or failure that results from not following the fitment and installation instructions supplied with your part.

  • Damage caused by altering a part after it arrives — including cutting, drilling, heating, sanding, painting or trimming it.

  • Damage caused by hardware, clamps, couplings, sealant, adhesive or wiring that we did not supply, or by reusing worn original hardware.

  • Labor you pay for after a part is fitted — removal, reinstallation, diagnostic, repair or dealership time, including the cost of putting your machine back to standard.

  • Vehicle damage of any kind resulting from incorrect or improper installation of a product we sold, including damage to plastics, bodywork, panels, brackets, fasteners and mounting points.

  • Damage to your engine, intake, electrical system, sensors or any other component caused by a part we sold or by the way it was installed.

  • Water, dirt or debris entering an engine, intake or airbox through a snorkel, riser or vent we sold that was not fitted, sealed or connected correctly.

  • Damage to your vehicle, trailer or equipment caused by continuing to ride after a problem with a part becomes apparent.

  • Consequential damages arising from the use of our products — including lost riding time, missed events, towing, recovery, storage, rental or substitute vehicle costs, and lost income or profits.

  • Indirect, incidental, special, punitive or exemplary damages, and damage to property other than the part itself.

  • Consumables lost as a result of a product failure, including fuel, oil, coolant and filters.

  • Personal injury arising from a product we sold, its installation or its use.

Installation and use are at your own risk — if you are not confident fitting a part yourself, have it installed by a qualified mechanic. Nothing in these terms excludes any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the shop changes. The version posted here when you place your order is the one that applies to that order.
