Print Worx LLC builds made-to-order 3D-printed parts in Florida. This page explains, in plain language, what we collect when you order or write to us, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it.

What we collect

When you place an order or write to us we collect the details you give us: your name, email address, shipping address, anything you type into the size, color or message fields, and a record of what you bought. Nothing more.

Card payments

Card payments are taken on a secure checkout page by our payment processor. Your card number is entered there and never reaches us — we only receive confirmation that the payment succeeded, the email address you used, and the order total. We do not store card details.

How we use your information

To print and ship your order, and to confirm your color, size and shipping details by email.

To answer your questions and quote custom work.

To keep straight records of what was sold, for accounting and tax purposes.

Who we share it with

Only what each party needs: our payment processor to take the payment, the carrier to deliver your part, and our email provider to send order and reply emails. We do not sell, rent or trade your information.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for our accounting and tax records. Messages you send us are kept for as long as they are useful for helping you, and you can ask us to delete them at any time.

Your choices

Email us and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct anything wrong, or delete it. We can only remove records we are not required to keep for tax and accounting purposes.

Cookies and tracking

This site uses only the basic technical storage needed to keep the pages and the card checkout working. We do not run advertising trackers. If we ever add site analytics, this page will be updated to describe it before it goes live.

Changes to this policy

If how we handle your information changes, we will update this page. The version posted here is the one that applies.
